We identify and focus on “Intentional Learning Standards” to make learning meaningful and manageable for every student. Clear expectations and thoughtful customization ensure students grow both academically and emotionally.

Positive Relationships

We are a Showcase School for Capturing Kids’ Hearts for a reason: relationships come first. Whether it’s staff to student, family to teacher, or peer to peer, we believe trust and connection make learning possible.

Collective Leadership

You don’t need a title to lead. I believe in empowering everyone—teachers, paraprofessionals, parents, even our youngest students—to make a difference. We all bring unique talents and perspectives to this work.
